These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and tours operated by Monza Gruppo d.o.o., Od Gaja 56, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia (OIB: 54419028561), trading as Jet Ski Dubrovnik ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a tour, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking

Tours are operated on a pre-booked basis only — we do not accept walk-ins. You can reserve online through our booking system or by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or our booking system.

2. Pricing

Prices are shown per jet ski and start from the "from" price listed for each tour. The price covers one rider; a second rider sharing the same jet ski can be added for an additional fee, shown at checkout. Optional extras (such as GoPro footage, hotel pickup or private upgrades) are charged in addition and shown before you confirm.

3. Payment

You may reserve your slot with a deposit and pay the balance on arrival (cash or card), or pay in full online at the time of booking, depending on the options shown in our booking system. Any deposit paid to secure a booking is non-refundable except where we cancel the tour (see section 4).

4. Cancellation and refunds

• By you: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time, for a full refund of any amount paid (excluding any non-refundable deposit). Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• By us: If we cancel due to unsafe sea conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for any future date.
• We monitor conditions daily and aim to notify you by 7 AM on the day of your tour if a weather cancellation is necessary.

5. Licence and age requirements

• To independently operate a jet ski you must be 18 or over and hold a valid Category B boat licence or an internationally recognised equivalent.
• Passengers may be aged 8 and over (those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian). Children under 8 are assessed individually based on weight and sea conditions.
• A valid photo ID is required for all operators, as mandated by Croatian maritime law. Licences and ID are verified before departure.

Rider declaration. When booking, the person who will operate the jet ski confirms that they hold a valid, current licence accepted in Croatia and are legally entitled to drive a personal watercraft. It is the rider's sole responsibility to ensure their licence is valid and to present it on the day. If a licence cannot be produced or is found to be invalid, we may refuse the tour and standard cancellation terms (section 4) apply, with no refund of any non-refundable amount. Any consequence arising from a false or inaccurate licence declaration by the rider is the rider's responsibility.

6. Safety

• All riders must attend the safety briefing before departure and follow guide instructions at all times.
• Helmets and life jackets are mandatory and provided by us. They must be worn for the entire tour.
• We reserve the right to refuse or end a tour, without refund, for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct endangers themselves or others.
• Our jet skis are fitted with GPS speed limiting that enforces coastal speed limits automatically.

7. Your responsibility

You are responsible for operating the jet ski safely and in line with the briefing and Croatian maritime rules. You may be liable for damage to the jet ski or equipment caused by reckless or negligent use, or by failure to follow instructions.

8. Assumption of risk and liability

Jet skiing is an active watersport that carries inherent risks. By booking and taking part, each participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and confirms they are in suitable physical condition to take part. Participants agree to follow the safety briefing, the guide's instructions and all applicable Croatian maritime rules at all times.

We hold commercial maritime licensing and third-party liability insurance as required by Croatian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions, from misuse of the equipment, from an inaccurate licence or health declaration, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Croatian law.

9. Weather and conditions

Tours depend on safe sea and weather conditions. Routes may be adjusted, shortened or rescheduled for safety. Where a tour cannot run safely, section 4 applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Croatian courts.
